Excellent experience from start to finish.

We used Phil to obtain a home loan for our new property purchase. Our situation was quite complex and Phil searched for the right lender for us and presenting pros and cons of each. He understood our financial position and what we would like to achieve short and long term. We were always kept informed of what we needed to do next and how the application was tracking. Very professional and such a smooth process

After having begun our financing process with another broker , we were left feeling very frustrated and disappointed. After a friend recommended Phil , we were immediately surprised with how quickly we heard from him, how transparent and honest he was from the get go , and we wish we found Phil earlier ! He is extremely professional, very clear with what was needed from us , and made this whole process stress free from the very beginning. It was clear from the start that he had our best interests at heart which we really appreciated. We will definitely be using Phil for all future financial support .
